MC-Glass

Variety of curtain wall without any visible external aluminum components. On the outside visible is only the glass separated by splits structural silicone. In glass packages are special pockets and gutters for mounting plates which are necessary to attached the glass to the curtain wall.

MC-Fire

This system is used to construct and perform light curtain walls of fire resistance class EI60 fire.

  • The visual width 55mm transoms and mullions
  • Design of the system is based on the supporting frame structure consisting of vertical (mullions) and horizontal (transoms) of aluminum 55 mm wide
  • In order to get the fire resistance of aluminum profiles, mullions and transoms have been equipped with special fire-retardant cartridges
  • Aluminum profiles filled with ground fire-resistant

The facade fire in external appearance is identical to the facade mullion and transom (MCWALL). This allows us to execute optically invisible connect with a normal facade (MC-WALL) and fireresistant (MC-FIRE). Effective fire protection systems of Aliplast is not realized at the expense of appearance. The solutions proposed by Aliplast at the same time provide maximum safety and freedom of architectural design.

MC-Wall

The curtain wall consists of vertical mullions and horizontal transoms joined together with stainless steel pin joints. In case of straight wall elements, this offers the advantage of rapid construction of the front wall. It is possible to build up slightly facet-shaped curtain walls with screw joints for the transoms. The clamping strip is coupled to the mullions by means of an extruded connecting bar, which also forms the thermal break for the curtain wall. This clamping strip is formed with co-extrusion of hard plastic as a basis and soft plastic to guarantee sealing. The whole construction can be finished on the outside with several decorative beads. Besides traditional front walls with horizontally and vertically protruding lines, this series can also be used to construct a semi-structural front wall, whereby the outside of the front wall will only show vertically protruding cover caps.

Econoline (EL)

ECONOLINE system without thermal insulation, intended for the construction of internal partitions – fixed, windows and doors. Profile width 51 mm (6 mm more than the standard prevalent in the market) gives a lot of flexibility for designers and comfort for performers. The system allows using sets of glass – thicknesses from 3 mm to 38 mm. Glass is secured and sealed in sashes by aluminium glazing profiles and gaskets. Econoline system is compatible with other Aliplast systems: common glazing strips, gaskets, corners and fittings. In Econoline system there is a version of door profiles with specially contoured Euronut ferrule used for securing the hinge clamp rebate.

Applications

  • Doors and partition wall segments intended for general use in public buildings and industrial (in office rooms)
  • Can be built ECONOLINE doors in partition walls made from ECONOLINE segments or the other wall of any structure in accordance with the technical design of the object

Triline (TL)

System-okienno-drzwiowy-TrilneTrójkomorowy system z przekładką termiczną o szerokościach 14.8 mm i 17 mm, wzbogaconą dodatkiem włókna szklanego. System pozwala na stosowanie zestawów szybowych grubości od 4 mm do 37 mm. Szyby są mocowane i uszczelniane we wrębach skrzydeł przy użyciu listew przyszybowych z kształtowników aluminiowych oraz uszczelek. Uszczelki przyszybowe i przymykowe wykonane są z kauczuku syntetycznego EPDM. System TRILINE jest kompatybilny z innymi systemami Aliplast – wspólne listwy szklące, uszczelki, narożniki i okucia. Profile drzwiowe posiadają specjalnie ukształtowany rowek pozwalający na bez obróbkowe montowanie okuć (zawiasy wrębowe, rygle drzwi dwuskrzydłowych, zaczepy zamków), możliwe jest również stosowanie tradycyjnych zawiasów nawierzchniowych. Powierzchnia kształtowników zabezpieczona jest powłokami lakierowanymi proszkowo lub anodowana.
